A new look towards very healthy food is offered in this restaurant which, also, seeks to provide a quality service to both their national and international clients. The service that it offers is based on vegan, vegetarian, “raw food” and organic food with ingredients guarantees. For this, the restaurant is working on projects to produce their own ingredients with the idea to go directly from farm to table.
Through this practice it seeks to preserve ancient techniques of harvest and transmit them to their customers. These offer the added value of being prepared by special ancestral rituals and mantras that turn them into a real gift of the Pachamama (Mother Earth) towards its diners.
